One week ago today Paul got up at 5:45am to get my race packet, so I could finish my panic attack in peace.

One week ago today we woke the kids up at 6:30 in the morning so I could run.

One week ago today I saw 3 smiling faces at the 2 mile mark.

One week ago today I was surprised to see those same 3 smiling faces again at the 11 mile mark.

One week ago today I finished my first 1/2 marathon in 1:57!

One week ago today I couldn't walk down the stairs and today Iam wondering if these old joints can handle another 1/2 or maybe a full marathon!

One week ago today my family was there for me, and today they are still the best thing that ever happened to me!
