July was a bittersweet month. Our beloved Dasher went to sleep July 1st and never woke up. Although we had him for only 6 months he was a big part of our home. Dashy Dash as Daniel called him loved to play hockey and soccer, Who needed dog toys when you had Daniel's balls! He would bark at me all day long so I would play with him"forget the housework" was obviously his motto ( I never argued!). Our family likes to think that Dasher is now running with Oscar, Heidi and Machen looking for trouble together, knowing they were all loved by us!
Thanks to all of the wonderful Sippel family cousins we were all distracted. Within days cousins were arriving and July held special moments. Daniel and Lars, Victoria and Willa loved the freedom of walking from house to house, late nights on the beach, sleepovers, beach time, movies. american girl, soccer...... it goes on .....
