This year Daniel decided he wanted to be a Mummy, so mom said sure, it's good to be creative! I did my homework, ripped the sheets, tea soaked the sheets the first time, hot glued the sheet strips one by one, re soaked the sheets, and after only a few endless hours, cramped and burned finger tips .... we have a mummy. Thankfully he loved the costume and wore it to play tag football at a birthday party (survived with only a few minor repairs), 2 more parties and Halloween night. Victoria also went for the rags look. We used her old dance costume and went as an orphan from Annie. I am glad this costume was reused and work free! Of course she was the well groomed orphan, we added a little "dirt", but she couldn't get into the messy hair idea.
