Christmas eve moments

We started the festivities by frosting our Christmas cut outs. A tradition I refused to give up just because life is crazy. This year I found some new frosting, this sped up the process and was a lot of fun too.

We then proceed to Rick and Karen's house for our traditional Christmas Eve celebration. I am so thankful that Aunt Gerry, Uncle Wally and Cathy continue to join us! How special for us to have family together. We continued our family tradition of beginning our meal with blessing to each other as we pass the oplatek (An old Polish tradition).

We then headed home to continue our family tradition of hanging stockings. A late night for all!
