The true meaning of Christmas is giving, and this year Victoria and her friends gave generously. We spent on day in early December making several different kinds of ornaments. Each girl purchased a box of new ornaments, and we donated a new tree. We packed up our supplies one blustery Friday night and went to the Niagara Falls Convention Center to assemble our tree. The girls put the tree together, strung the lights, and decorated- the final result, the prettiest tree at the Festival of trees!The true purpose of this festival is, all of the trees there, decorations and all, get donated to a needy family in Niagara County. Good job girls!
It was a great thing to see, they had fun being together. Watching the team effort, the compromises, and just breaking out in Christmas carols throughout the different activities was a proud parental moment.
